He is at present Professor-Emeritus at the Srusti Academy of Management, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, and also a Guest Teacher at the Trident Academy of Creative Technology, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Dr. Mohanty taught post-graduate psychology courses, major teaching interest being Experimental Psychology, Experimental Designs, Comparative and Physiological Psychology, Applied Psychology, Research Methodology and Statistics.
Dr. (Mrs.) Santa Misra is currently teaching graduate Psychology courses at Sri Satya Sai College for Women, Bhubaneswar; her major teaching interest areas are Cognitive Psychology, Experimental Psychology, Experimental Designs, Research Methodology and Statistics. She is a member of professional bodies and associations, like National Academy of Psychology, Indian Psychology Institute, E-journal Antimatters, Biocyburnout Institute of Canada, and World Gerontology Board of Japan.
